Deep Hole Drilling & Boring
Mollart has the capability to perform deep hole drilling with a range of diameters from 0.80mm to 200mm and depths of up to 3000mm. We can drill even deeper, depending on the specific requirements. 12 deep hole drilling spindles are available, including a new 1500 drill spindle that is scheduled to arrive in the summer of 2024.
Mollart's deep hole drilling services are versatile and can be used for a wide range of materials. We can drill through materials as diverse as hardwood, which is commonly used in construction, to super alloys that measure over 150ksi, which are commonly used in the energy sector. Mollart is able to achieve a hole run of 0.0005 inches per 1.0 inch, or better, ensuring high precision and accuracy in their work.
