3D Printing / Rapid Prototype

Our printer can handle plastic or plastic variants only and has a maximum print volume of 300mm x 300mm x 300mm. It can achieve a dimensional tolerance of ±0.1mm and has an adjustable layer height of 0.05mm for high-quality prints. 

We use hyper PLA filament for faster print speeds of up to 600mm/s in white, black, red, blue, and grey. However, other colours and filament types are also available, including ABS, PLA, TPU, and Nylon. 

Our printer is capable of pulling models straight from SolidWorks to create replicas, scale models, or prototypes of components. Additionally, we use live camera feeds and AI detection to ensure high-quality prints with minimal errors or downtime.
