Introducing The DMG MORI NTX 3000 I 1500 2nd Generation Machining Center

The  DMG MORI NTX 3000 I 1500 2nd Generation Mill/Turn Machining Center is a welcome addition to our existing advanced machining capability at our Chessington, Surrey facility, and will further increase our capacity for the milling and turning of high complex components. It is a welcome addition to the offering we already provide to our customers.

Providing Outstanding Accuracy and Precision

The NTX 3000 I 1500 will enable us to machine complete high complex components in one set up, with a workpiece size of Ø670mm Outside diameter x 1500mm long, benefiting all our Aerospace, Oil and Gas and Defence customers.

Integrated Turn Mill Centre

This highly complex NTX series machining center will support Mollart Chessington’s evolution and will support our ethos of ‘’All under One roof’’ philosophy of supporting our valued customers in the management & manufacture of the one stop shop of highly complex components.
