The Mollart Omnisprint Machine

Having the right machine and more so the techniques to complete the work required, can make a huge difference to your production result. The Mollart Omnisprint machine offers the ability to produce a drill between Ø2 – 22mm by up to 1000mm drilling depth. Machines can be provided in 1, 2, 4 & 6-spindle configurations depending on the drill diameter specification with 0 – 10,000 RMP speed range.

 

The Mollart Omnisprint has many users in the Glass Bottle Mould and Automotive Industries. The machines are used to gundrill bottle moulds, mould plates, transmission shafts, and valve bodies. Furthermore, we designed and manufactured the machine fixturing, providing a complete turnkey solution to manufacture Hydraulically Powered Drive Shafts used in earth moving equipment and Automatic Gearboxes.
