National Apprentice Week

CELEBRATING THE SUCCESS OF MOLLART ENGINEERING'S APPRENTICESHIP SCHEME.

As this week represents National Apprenticeship Week, we wanted to highlight Mollart Engineering’s long-standing history of actively investing in the future of precision engineering through the provision of apprenticeships at both of its engineering sites in Chessington, Surrey and Resolven, South Wales.

Mollart is committed to providing the important training and nurturing of new talent and the company is proving what a success it can be with its current crop of dedicated apprentices, who are hungry to learn and grow in a well-established engineering company who have over a 90-year history of providing engineering solutions.

Mollart Engineering are now reaping the rewards from the apprentice scheme. The workforce across both sites now contains multiple fully qualified engineers, who have come through the company apprentice scheme in recent years. They are skilled in disciplines ranging from CNC turning to Electrical installation.

Our apprentices are on a structured salary scheme, which rewards progress at college and the academic aspect of the apprenticeship, plus commitment and work ethic.

Ashley and Eduardo pictured above, are proving to be great assets to Mollart Engineering. Having completed year three of their five-year apprenticeship course they are fully benefiting from the company’s structured apprentice program. In collaboration with Kingston College, both these young apprentices have a very sound footing in engineering and have a very bright and prosperous future ahead of them.
